Visit to a traditional reindeer farm in Levi with reindeer feeding and sleigh ride, 2 HOURS

A perfect Lapland experience for culture enthusiasts and animal lovers of all ages!

After a short transfer, you will arrive at an authentic, family-owned reindeer farm, where the owners have been dedicated to reindeer herding for generations. You will meet the adorable and friendly reindeer and get to feed them by hand. Your guide will share fascinating stories about reindeer herding and the life of reindeer in Lapland.  You will also experience a peaceful 1-kilometer sleigh ride, with two adults sharing one reindeer sleigh.

There will be plenty of photo opportunities in the picturesque surroundings and delicious hot drinks and a sweet snack will be served in the cozy old farmhouse before you say goodbye to your new furry friends and head back to Levi. 

What's included?
    • 1 km reindeer sledge ride, reindeer feeding and stories of the reindeer and the reindeer herder way of life.
    • Hot drink and sweet bun at cozy farm house.
    • Use of thermal clothing during the safari (thermal overall, boots, gloves, and woolen socks).
    • Guidance is in English, other languages on request.
    • Round trip transfer from the meeting point.

        • Meeting point: Wild Nordic Levi Safari Centre, Tunturitie 2, 99130 Kittilä.
        • Transfers to and from this activity are included. If you do not have your own transportation and you wish to be picked up from Levi centre, please choose “pick-up” when making a booking. The pick-up meeting point is outside the Levi Tourist Information centre at Myllyjoentie 2, 99130 Kittilä. The transfer departs 20 minutes before the start of the tour.
