FAMILY Aurora Snowshoeing Trip

An memorable family moment together. Experience snowshoeing in the Arctic wilderness! Look for the Northern Lights and listen to the guide's stories and tales about the history of Lapland and the Northern Lights!

The history of snowshoes reaches back to around 6 000 years. Means of transport similar to snowshoes have already been used since the Stone Age.

Snowshoeing is an eco-friendly way of traveling in the wintery nature and they are easier to use than skis as they don't require any special preparations. Generally, you can go snowshoeing anywhere in the winter landscape, and anyone who can walk can also do snowshoeing!

When snowshoeing, you don't need ski trails, as you can move wherever you want! Even in varying terrain.

We will take you snowshoeing to a place that has the best chances to see the Northern Lights! We will relax by an open fire while enjoying some delicious evening snacks and listening to the guide's tales about the Northern Lights and the history of Lapland.

NOTE: Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and we cannot guarantee seeing them during the activity! We will do our best to make the activity enjoyable even if the Northern Lights are not visible.

Pick-up service available from the Levi Center and back

Please arrive at the location 15 minutes before the start time so we can begin the activity on schedule! If you choose the pick-up service, please be ready to be picked up 20 minutes before the given start time. If you are not at the pick-up location on time, we will wait for 5 minutes before departing. Being late does not entitle you to a refund.
