Experience the Arctic in a whole new light with our Evening Snowmobile Adventure with Snacks—a 2.5-hour journey that blends scenic riding, cozy moments, and a touch of Lapland storytelling.

Departing daily at 17:30, this tour is perfectly timed to capture the magic of the early evening as daylight fades and the forest gradually transforms into a peaceful winter twilight.

After a thorough briefing, you’ll set off on your snowmobile, following your guide along scenic trails that wind through snow-covered forests and frozen wetlands of the Arctic Circle. With approximately 1.5–1.75 hours of total driving time, this experience offers a satisfying ride that’s long enough to feel adventurous, yet comfortable for beginners and casual riders alike.

Midway through the journey, you’ll pause in a quiet forest setting where your guides will build a traditional campfire. Gather around the warmth of the flames and enjoy classic Finnish-style snacks—grilled sausages and warm berry juice—while your guide shares fun facts, local stories, and insights into life in Lapland. It’s a relaxed and memorable moment that adds a personal touch to the adventure.

As you continue your ride, the calm of the evening and the glow of the snow create a truly special atmosphere.

        • Minimum of 2 persons paying the adult price
        • All snowmobiles used on tours are insured as required by Finnish law. The self liability flat rate can be reduced to 200€ per driver/accident case by purchasing a self liability waiver from Wild Nordic for 20 €/driver for the shorter (1-4 hour) safaris and for 30 €/driver for the longer (5-8 hour) safaris.

        • The driver of a snowmobile must have a driving license which is valid in Finland.  Please bring your physical driver's license with you.
        • Wild Nordic has 0 tolerance for alcohol and drugs during the activities
        • Will not be operated in insufficient snow conditions
        • Pregnant women should not ride on the snowmobile or the sledge pulled by the snowmobile as the vibrations and exhaust fumes may be harmful to the human body.
        What to bring
          • The driver of a snowmobile has to be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver license – B category (please check that it is valid in Finland!). For all the activities including snowmobiling we ask you to take your driving licenses with you. The driver's license must be physically present ( A DIGITAL VERSION OR PHOTO IS NOT ENOUGH) and written in roman letters.
